Water Feature for Arts Festival

For the 2017 Hebden Bridge Arts Festival, we'll decorate a tree with some Bridge Rectifier motifs, and a water pump. I'll add a first draft plan, and some photos of the tree. The tree is a willow next to a footbridge on Old Gate:
